I am planning a trip to Hong Kong very soon and wanted to purchase some applications for my iPhone.
Just wondering what apps are best to help guide me around Hong Kong.

Buy a map of Hong Kong and leave the iPhone at home.
Do you have any idea how much you will be charged if you use your phone in HK? There was a Russian on YA the other day who made one phone call while overseas and was charged the equivalent of US0.

Well there is not much apps to download on iTunes to help guide you around Hong Kong. If you really want a app, you could get Hong Kong travel guides by FidesReef. It sounds quite good.
If you are staying at a Hotel there are plenty of leaflet available to grab. (Don’t worry they are in english) Plus you could ask at the Concierge. They are there to help. Most of the people in Hong Kong know how to speak English. Everything that i saw is in English and Chinese. You can never get lost! And if you do, Taxis are everywhere. They are affordable.
